Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited and being charged 50% of the remaining balance of the service to be provided. Failure to show at your appointment, a no call no show, will result in being charged a 100% of the service to be provided. A grace period of 10 minutes will be allowed for all clients, after 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and will be considered a no call, no show and will result in being charged 100% of the service going to be provided. I ask that if any changes need to be made to your appointment you give me at least a 48 hour notice.
Deposit Policy
All deposits are transferable but non-refundable should you have to cancel or reschedule within the preferred guidelines listed above. Failure to answer any of the questions asked when booking your appointment honestly and correctly, will result in being sent home and forfeiting your deposit. Failure to follow any pre care will result in being sent home and forfeiting your deposit.
